Title V of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act of 1999 (GLB)

Title V of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act of 1999 (GLB) requires all financial institutions - companies providing any type of financial products or services to individuals - to clearly disclose their privacy policy regarding the sharing of non-public, personal information with both affiliates and third parties.
