eFax Messenger makes faxing even easier

With eFax Messenger fax software, it's easy to save, view and edit your faxes from any computer, even when email access isn’t available. Free with your eFax Corporate account, you can also use eFax Messenger to create and send faxes complete with text notes, highlights and your signature stamp.

New features include:

• Convert .efx documents to PDF
• Print faxes and logs from the compose fax screen, sent folders and draft folders

How to install eFax Messenger

Once your eFax Corporate user access is set up, choose the version of eFax Messenger that is appropriate for your operating system.

1. Click the download link. 
2. Save the file to your computer. 
3. Double click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install eFax Messenger.
4. To start the program, click the eFax Messenger icon in your Programs folder (Windows OS) or your Applications folder (Mac OS).
